Getting here by road:
From the M5 at Exeter pass onto the A38 (for Plymouth)
Exit on to the A380 (Torquay, Newton Abbot). Pass Newton Abbot and carry on towards Torquay on A380. After Kingskerswell turn right at the roundabout onto Hamelin Way A380 (Paignton, Brixham). Carry on along the A380 past three roundabouts still heading for Brixham.
The road becomes the A3022 follow this road towards Brixham. At Churston turn right onto the A379 and carry on to the roundabout at Hillhead. Turn right at the roundabout and shortly after turn left onto the A3205 Slappers hill (Signpost for Kingswear). Carry on down the A3025 into Kingswear.
As you enter Kingswear the road becomes ‘one way’ and the A3025 becomes Higher Contour Road. Shortly the road divides into Lower Contour Road (Right with directions to the ferry) and Higher Contour road left. Turn left onto Higher Contour Road. Shortly you will see the Wood Lane signpost on the right (Down hill). Turn hard left onto Upper Wood Lane (Uphill). Continue up Upper Wood Lane until your way is blocked by a wooden gate. Bumblebees is on your left. |
